Your Data Here

Read the site without an account. Draft a note without transmitting it through a contact form.

Who is responsible

Moxbebubblecactus Editorial Ltd, 24 Bridge Street, Manchester, M3 3AB, United Kingdom, company no. 14826371, is responsible for personal information it receives through editorial correspondence. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries.

The browser-only contact tool

The contact tool builds a plain-text note in your browser. It does not submit your name, email address or message to us. The supplied script does not save your draft in cookies or localStorage. A reload may discard it; your browser’s own form-restoration features may operate independently.

“Copy note” writes the draft to your device’s clipboard after you choose that action. “Download note” creates a local plain-text file. Clipboard contents and downloaded files are then subject to your device, browser and other software. Clear or delete them if they contain information you do not want to retain.

If you email us

If you choose to send an email, we receive your email address, message, any name you provide and any attachments you include. We use that information to respond, consider corrections, maintain relevant editorial records and protect correspondence against abuse. The usual legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving an independent editorial publication. Where necessary, processing may also be required to meet legal obligations.

Do not send identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal details. We do not need them to assess a source suggestion or correction. We do not sell correspondence or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Technical delivery and recipients

Delivering a webpage involves technical requests that can include an IP address, requested path, browser information and request time. Hosting and email providers may process these details to deliver services, maintain security and investigate faults. The supplied website code includes no analytics tracker, advertising pixel or third-party embedded widget.

Relevant service providers may process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Where personal information is transferred internationally, applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards must be followed.

Retention

Correspondence is retained only while reasonably needed to address the enquiry, preserve a relevant correction record or meet legal requirements. Routine messages should not be kept indefinitely merely because storage is available. Technical records, where maintained, should be limited to operational and security needs.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your relevant supervisory authority. Contacting us first can help resolve a concern, but is not a condition of making a complaint.

Other websites and changes

External source links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. This notice covers this website and our correspondence, not those services. Any material change to our data-handling features should be reflected here. See Cookies for the storage behaviour of the supplied site.
